A 79-year-old male with Bladder Cancer is admitted to the Emergency Department complaining of pain and a urinary obstruction. Students will discuss the impact of pain in the older adult; perform a comprehensive pain assessment; and be able to recognize the impact of limited health literacy in the older adult.
