An in-depth description of a service-learning porgram made from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Interdisciplinary teams of students help and serve local elders with complex medical and social needs through home visits.

Educational objectives:
The knowledge and tools necessary to begin their own service-learning program for health professional student education and service to their community's elderly.
